Rentora is a rental marketplace for Bangladesh. Tenants browse and rent flats, houses, studios and hostels, landlords list their properties, and admins moderate the listings.
The frontend is built with Next.js, TypeScript and shadcn/ui, and the backend with Express.js, PostgreSQL and Prisma. It exposes 27 REST endpoints across 7 modules, secured with JWT access and refresh tokens in httpOnly cookies and validated with Zod. Rent is paid online through Stripe Checkout and confirmed by webhooks, and property photos go through signed Cloudinary uploads. The site scores 100 in all four Lighthouse categories on desktop.
